1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Ridgeback CTF Challenge promotion is sponsored and administered by Ridgeback Network Defense (“Ridgeback”). The prize for this promotion is provided by Automotive Risk Management Partners (“ARMP”)
2. Promotion Description
The Ridgeback CTF Challenge is a skills-based cybersecurity puzzle hosted on Ridgeback’s website. Participants who successfully solve the challenge and submit the correct answer in accordance with these Official Rules will be eligible to be entered into a random drawing for the prize described below.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion begins when the applicable Ridgeback CTF Challenge is published on Ridgeback’s website and ends on April 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after that time will not be eligible.
4. Eligibility
This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Ridgeback, Automotive Risk Management Partners, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotional agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Ridgeback reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.
5. How to Enter
To enter:
- Visit the Ridgeback website and access the applicable Ridgeback CTF Challenge during the Promotion Period.
- Solve the challenge.
- Submit the correct answer by emailing it to [email protected] before the end of the Promotion Period.
Limit one entry per person unless Ridgeback expressly states otherwise on the challenge page. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent the challenge or entry process is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
6. Correct Entries and Winner Selection
Only eligible participants in the United States, age 18 or older, who submit a correct answer in compliance with these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing.
At the end of the Promotion Period, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible correct entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Ridgeback on or about April 3, 2026, or within a reasonable time thereafter.
If two or more participants submit the same correct answer, each eligible correct submission will be treated as a separate eligible entry for purposes of the random drawing, subject to the one-entry-per-person rule above.
7. Prize
One winner will receive:
- One (1) box of Titleist Pro V1 golf balls
The prize is provided by Automotive Risk Management Partners.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $60
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Ridgeback’s sole discretion. If the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Ridgeback reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible correct entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address from which the correct entry was submitted, or another contact method provided with the entry, within a reasonable time after the drawing.
The potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility, provide a valid shipping address, and respond within a specified time period. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in a timely manner, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Ridgeback may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible correct entries.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, entry into this promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to Ridgeback’s use of the winner’s first name, last initial, company name, likeness, and/or hometown for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide, without additional notice, payment, or consideration.
11. Participant Conduct and Disqualification
Ridgeback reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
- tampers with the challenge, entry process, website, or associated systems;
- uses bots, scripts, or automated means to enter or attempt to gain an unfair advantage;
- submits false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent information;
- acts in violation of these Official Rules;
- or acts in a manner Ridgeback determines to be disruptive, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Ridgeback also reserves the right to reject any entry that it believes, in its sole discretion, was generated through cheating, unauthorized collaboration, exploitation of unintended vulnerabilities, or other unfair means.
12. Technical Issues / Release
Ridgeback and Automotive Risk Management Partners are not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, undelivered, garbled, corrupted, or unintelligible entries, emails, or communications, or for failures of any website, platform, server, internet service provider, or other technical systems.
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ridgeback, Automotive Risk Management Partners, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate
If, for any reason, the promotion cannot be conducted as planned, including because of technical failure, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, cyberattack, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, Ridgeback reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion.
14. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be used for administration of the promotion and related communications and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Ridgeback’s applicable privacy practices. By entering, participants agree to such use of their information.
15. Governing Law
This promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate
Ridgeback reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion if, for any reason, it cannot be conducted as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, cyberattack, or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion.
Any changes to these Official Rules will be posted on this page. Changes will not affect entries already submitted prior to the effective date of the change.
